100% Heritage Hereford Beef raised on the KP Ranch in Nebraska. Our cattle are naturally fed with no hormones, implants, or additives. All our cattle are background pastured fed, and finished to perfection on a non GMO blended grain feed to enhance marbling and taste.

Our steaks and roasts are all individually vacuum sealed packages and are sold by the ounce, so visible size and thickness may vary. Our ground beef bricks, and hamburger patties are all individually vacuum sealed one-pound packages.
